Gravity Falls animations

probertson:

I did some stuff for the Disney show Gravity Falls. It was awesome fun to work on and I got to go nuts with ridiculous animation and videogame references. It’s a pretty sweet show so check it out.

When I drew Bambi as a fawn, I also drew him as a buck! The tiny bells on his antlers represent the movie’s beautiful film score and the leaves represent the forest that was destroyed and reborn. I was originally going to leave that for you (the viewer) to figure out but I felt these tiny objects were a little too subtle.Bambi, of course, belongs to Disney.

Good morning, young prince! My interpretation of Bambi as a fawn. This is my favorite movie from my childhood. ♥ Fun fact: Disney is one of my main inspirations.I should be asleep but I’d much rather listen to music from the 1920’s and draw Waverly’s munchkin cat “Jon Lava” all over the place.Bambi belongs to Disney!

Its lovely Ms. good to see you are getting back to your art. It is really a joy to see.
